I want to change a wall bearing for a beam

hello Im looking for some company to help me to remove a small wall bearing and place a beam.

the roof is flat so not much load on the wall bearing beam.

roof is made of wood.

The tile person should be able to demo and replace the tile. Most should know how to do drywall sufficiently enough to clean up their own mess. Most wallpaper people also patch walls and paint. There will be other things that need to be done, but between those two people they can lead you in the right direction. Just make sure to get this information before you start with a clear understanding of what those two are willing to do, and have it all planned out ahead of time. They may, for instance, be willing to remove a toilet to wallpaper behind it, but then have a plumber put it back.

I would get rid of that pendant. Here's one link to industrial pendant lights http://www.houzz.com/industrial-pendants Pick a light that you like and show it to your landlord. I bet she/he will say yes to your suggestion since pendant lights can easily be changed. In fact, if there's already a really secure junction box there already i bet they may even go with a ceiling fan light combo if that's what you really want

Lots of storage built along one wall to get rid of clutter th e green wall would probably be best then a desk and more storage under window. Paint the room a soft gray with white cabinets some nice beddig and a great piece of art above the bed.

Hi Amuro Elaine, Are you working with an interior designer to renovate your home? You'll probably be asked a few questions such as: How many people will live here? Is the bedroom wall a structural, load-bearing wall? Do you intend to entertain? But what an interesting space you have, and especially if you are living alone, there's so much potential to transforming it into your own pretty pad! If I were you, I would swap the living space with the bedroom, that means hacking the bedroom wall open, and then erecting a wall from that point where your kitchen wall ends. Have the wall in glass, with sliding glass doors, so that you can open it up when you have guests over.
