Need help on placing my furniture in the living and dining room
Comments (5)Hi Trishtham, you can consider to have a see through TV feature wall or a glass panel wall with lower part as your TV console to create the location for TV and space for wall outside bedroom 2 as the location for sofa. If You want a spacious living room space, can even consider to extend the study room wall to push the TV feature further towards dining area....See MoreHelp!! Window films & tints for 3 room flat?
Comments (1)I think the window tint would be exactly what you're looking for. There's some window tinting that can block out 60% of the sun's rays! Although, I don't know how expensive it would be for three bedrooms. Maybe blinds would be a cheaper option for you?...See MoreNeed help for guest/study room
Comments (2)Hi 4eva zx, If you're only occasionally using the guest/study room as a place for a guest to sleep, then you should prioritise being able to use it as your home office. That said, you'd be better off having a more comfortable and convenient desk, rather than one where you'd have to climb up and down a platform, and possibly roll off it if you're using an ergonomic chair. A short-term guest would be well-served by a single-sized sofa bed, which you can also enjoy as a reading lounge when there is no guest. The broken lines indicate the sofa bed when unfolded – not ideal as it would block access to the wardrobe, but it shouldn't be an issue for occasional use. The best use of this room would be for you to enjoy it as much as possible. You could even install some overhead bookshelves in the corner above where you planned to put the desktop. Alternatively, you might even want to try a convertible desk-bed such as this: Hope this helps!...See MoreHelp to plan Pooja(prayer) room
