Let’s take a look at some of the most beautiful design styles for HDB homes. Earthy tones palette – Nothing goes wrong with simple black, white, and earthy tones for your HDB interior design. The natural feel of earthy colors and palette will give you warm look, sophistication and feel acceptable for a lot of people. Wood and Marble are both non-porous thus it would cause etching and corrosion. Besides that, marble are high maintenance materials as they require high maintenance. Hi, I am currently renovating my kitchen. Pictures of my tiles are below. I love wood grain cabinets. However, i am at odds as to whether I should get wood grained or solid coloured laminates. My designer told me that I can only choose from Arova n Jennings brand. He does offer EDL as well. But I do not like the solid colours from any of these laminate companies. A solid black colour will leave finger print marks easily. And I think grey is going to make my kitchen look monochromatic which I feel might get boring overtime. Some advice is really needed.

Hi Miaw, ok your plan looking good. some comments. 1. would you consider a smaller foyer. some suspense at entry before the wow moment 2. island can be bigger where you can put your sink and some stools. 3. I think some walls not necessary to make it feel more space 4. that store room blocking the window, would you like to open this to bring more natural light, fresher by cross ventilation air moving from one window and out to other. 5. the common bathroom is outside at wet kitchen really? Anyway I think that open kitchen would be fabulous with some rich stone finish !
