Window Treatments: Small Bathroom Windows on Front of Home

Hello,

This bathroom is on the second floor, but the front of our home. The home is a 1930's Tutor. I am looking for window covering recommendations. Each window measures 12"X 53" (interior). My goal is to continue to allow light into the space, create privacy, and to maintain a nice presentation from the exterior. I appreciate your thoughts!

i have several exterior bathroom windows on the second floor. I use cafe curtains.

Hi Few points: 1. It's not an independent residential apartment. It is a flat in a 25storey block 2. I have attached the floor plan for reference. The entrance is not too huge. 3. It's good to know that you guys have liked the Bathroom & kitchen design. The tiling work is in progress and it has come out well. I will take few snaps and post 4. When I say resort look - I understand and mean a simplistic natural looking design. More towards wood, nature, green, matt finish etc... Hope i am not confusing anyone here 5. Do you think the bathroom & kitchen design gels with what I mean by resort look. 6. The foyer area is a small (not too big) entrance. It's like a passage as you can see in the pics I posted earlier. When you enter you don't see the entire living room rather you see the wall (kitchen wall), where we intend to keep our dining table. Some thoughts on designing that wall is also requested Thanks!

Congrats on your new flat. Love the fun and playful kitchen - way to go using color. Gray, white and red can then be used throughout your small space, though in different measure. Perhaps a pale gray painted bedroom - bm moonshine with all white bedding, layer in a charcoal chair and throw, art with red. All white bath, red towels. Living room gray upholstery, multicolored rug with red in it - modern graphic style. Mid-tone gray walls - match your countertop to make it cozy, but use an ikat print at the windows with white and gray and red. The whole thing will flow beautifully.

I would 100% recommend going with poly-resin shutters. They're perfect in bathrooms as they are waterproof and durable. Shutters also create a beautiful curb appeal. Here is a picture of one of our bathroom projects.

We have plenty of information about design options etc on our website, depending on if you want a modern look or a more traditional style. Shutters are so versatile and you can create a look to match your style.
