My living room needs help pls!
Comments (4)Saerom86-You would be much better served by hiring a local interior design firm. Yours is a big job and based on single photo you posted you have a great property that deserves a one on one consult. You may very well find someone qualified to assist on Houzz. Comments (4)some kids spend the most time in their rooms (reading, playing, talking with friends), and other kids are mostly somewhere else (sports, friends' houses, etc). so i would split the room up and down - with one child in a loft bed or high bunk, who is only in the room to sleep and maybe do homework. the other child would sleep in a regular bed, so they could spread out on the bed & floor with their items and friends. i like the horizontal stripe that is made by the closet doors - why not continue that all around the room? use their favorite colors, as long as the colors are not "too feminine" or too dark for the room....See MoreSmall Sofa for Small Space
Comments (2)just giving some opinion here. it would definitely look great with some cushions on it. Would recommend you to get from an cushion online retailer in Singapore called 1001cushion My favorite cushion from them is Garden Cushion & Metallic Cushion (Classy and Fresh) P/S: They are doing promotion of FREE shipping now....See MoreHow to do I compliment or accentuate my art in the living area.
Comments (10)you painted that? it's stunning! you can do a lot with just a rug. I have 2 toddlers 2.5 yrs old and 19 months old. and I used a low pile indoor/outdoor rug from Walmart. it was like 40$ for a 5x8. it was soooooo easy to clean even when it was blackberry stains! if you really don't want a to buy a rug there are a ton of DIY area rugs on pintrest where you take a cloth and tape it to a non slip pad, then toss it in the wash! brilliant right? you can definitely use 2 big pillows, the have a mustardy/yellow one at ikea (you can wash the covers and switch them too) and maybe a couple small accent pillows. but LOVING the painting...and I wish it was mine..K bye lol! :)...See MoreNancy Ferro
