The client is a graphic designer. We decided to take the approach of designing with lines in various forms and material.

Using a black painted OSB material, we cladded the long corridor right from the entrance to the balcony. The texture of the material catches the daylight and animated throughout the day, reacting to different light source. The triangular timber bead detail with the opposite sides in different finishes, the static cabinetry is animated as one walks past it. Vertical blinds are chosen to go with the vertical expressions of different materials. The ceiling lights are custom made linear brass lights to go with the overall graphical concept of the apartment.
