This clients main objective was to get another bathroom in the house. With only one and lots of friends and family staying with them, it was a necessity. We were brought in to design and build them a new master bathroom in their previously unused attic space.

We accomplished this by closing off a section of the attic near a newly created new master bedroom and designed a spacious and functional master bathroom.

We had to overcome some challenges along the way. One was to lay out the room in a way that allowed enough head room in the toilet room and shower due to the steeply sloped ceilings. The main challenge, however, was running new plumbing from the basement to the attic. This was especially difficult because it was an older home and we didn't want to impact the first floor.

Despite all of the challenges and limitations, we were able to create a gorgeous master bath and our clients have a private space when they have visitors.
