The home was a former abandoned barn with an awkward second floor living space. Due to the home backing up to a canal, additions to the house needed to be built onto the front and top of the structure. By working closely with the building firm and homeowner, we created a number of unique interior spaces.
The lowest level the main living space contains:

- An expansive kitchen featuring custom designed & built bar stools
- A large walk-in pantry
- Beautiful dry bar
- An open living room with a custom fireplace, using one of the original barn beams for the mantle, as the focal point
- An on-trend powder room with a custom sliding barn door
- Separate office for the kids to do homework
- A hidden dog washing station off the side entrance
- A dog house built into the staircase

The 3 floors above the main living level contain the bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, laundry room & hang out space for the kids.

This project was a delight to work on and the client was extremely happy with the finished product. So were we!
