The design evolved around the LEAF, which is the concept, in both softscape and hardscape.

Most of the elements were patterned as near and as natural as a leaf. The focus was the careful use of the LEAF image and the related details. Details are simple but strong. The water feature, organic flow of the swimming pool and pool deck floor patterns, small sculptures (carvings) along the boundary walls were carefully thought of. The gate and fence design illustrates with clarity what the development name suggests…this is a leaf.

The plant groupings also follow this free flow pattern to enhance visibility of the ultimate theme. The combination of colours and textures help define this design intent.
