Situated atop a beautiful lot in Ann Arbor Hills, our clients’ vision was a shingle-style home made for an active family. A contemporary take on a classic craftsman house, this custom home is built for the future with classic, low maintenance finishes.

The homeowner is professionally trained in culinary arts, so thoughtful kitchen design was important. Quality of construction was valued over square footage, and active outdoor space was integral to the design. The result is a comfortable family home that is durable and long-lasting.
