Clever skylight lighting mounting option for dining area
Like the thin profile and glass interior to let in more light. ~$1200 may be too expensive

if there is an issue with the living room skylight after the vent hood is removed, maybe beams like this could control the light
I LOVE that vent hood cover with open shelf above. May not work in my space, depending on venting & hood quality
Having the upper cabinets project out to be more even with the hood projection is a nice look

Workstation sink (non-stainless)
Granite composite/quartz sink is an interesting option. Quieter than steel. Like that the offset drain may make the cabinet space underneath more usable.

I like the moldings around the cabinets. This might also be an acceptable soffit depth, if needed.
Counter wraps around corner somewhat similar to my layout

Something like this on side of pantry cabinet between bathroom & new dining area (where the shower is today), though expect that cabinet to only be ~12" deep
Full kitchen has wood lowers and painted uppers, instead of not just the island being in wood that you mostly see. Have a lot of the same limited space constraints I have, too
If we needed to fill in a larger gap with molding, this looks nice
