I like how the kitchen blends into the other space, but it could use some pops of color or some lighter elements to break up the darkness of the space.

I like the backsplash, open shelving, rustic island and how it plays off the wood panels on the ceiling, floor, etc. The pendant lights are fun as well as the ceiling lighting.

Stone with the wood works well. I like how the stone goes to the ceiling around the vent. The island is nice as well.

Love the stone behind the stove. The lighter counters are nice as well. I like open shelves next to the stove for oils, spices, etc. Having a couple diff counter top finishes is nice as well.

The open shelving is cool and I like the ice chest in the center of the island. That is a fun idea.

This is an interesting floor for the kitchen that goes well with the wood ceiling. Something to think about instead of hard wood floors.
