I can do this in the area where I want to replace the fixtures, and some damaged tile. I could replace with a contrasting tile.

very nice mixture of tiles in different shades and sizes...can be more economical while looking more upscale. Like the way the double band of pencil liner draws the eye up. nice for a shorter wall.
