It can sometimes feel as if there’s a special art to keeping all your necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings organised. These homeowners and renters how off some original ways they’ve made jewellery storage and displays part of their home decor.

Ceramicist and jewellery maker Amy Anderson of Comfort Station lives in a renovated Victorian-era home in the Dalston district of London with her family. In her renovated bathroom, she uses an ornate mirror frame from Morocco to display some of her jewellery creations.

5. Handy holder in loft
Karin Shipman uses vintage ceramic glove forms to display her necklaces and other accessories on top of a white Formica countertop in her master bathroom. “I like that the materials in the unit are simple and easy to maintain,” Shipman says. “The white Formica countertops last forever and wipe up cleanly.” A rolled-up cloth is used to hold Shipman’s collection of cuff bracelets.
