Rénovation complète d'une maison de 200m2

Cette charmante maison familiale de 180m² a été conçue par notre architecte Pauline. Pensée et rénovée dans son intégralité par nos équipes, l’objectif était avant tout d’optimiser les espaces et de la moderniser tout en conservant le charme de l’ancien. Au rez-de-chaussée, la véranda existante a été transformée en une cuisine familiale fonctionnelle, chaleureuse et particulièrement lumineuse qui offre une vue imprenable sur l’extérieur. La teinte vert olive des façades associée au bois et au cannage s’harmonisent à la perfection avec la nature environnante. Dans l’ensemble de la maison, les sols ont été poncés et vitrifiés, et les murs et l’escalier entièrement repeints pour apporter du cachet et réchauffer l’intérieur. La pièce qui abritait la cuisine a été repensée et intègre désormais un bureau-dressing réalisé sur-mesure par notre menuisier, sans oublier le claustra en bois qui vient élégamment délimiter l’espace tout en apportant une touche graphique et esthétique. On vous laisse apprécier l’étage et les combles, réservés à la nuit et au bien-être, rénovés dans un esprit moderne et particulièrement coloré.

Simple but effective design changes were adopted in this multi room renovation. Modern minimalist kitchens call for integrated appliances within their design. The tall cabinetry display is visually appealing with this two-tone style. The master bedroom is only truly complete with the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom. Smart inclusions like a large format tiling, the in-wall cistern with floor pan and a fully frameless shower, ensure an open feel was gained for a small footprint of this ensuite. The wonderful transformation was made in this family bathroom, with a reconfigured floor plan. Now boasting both a freestanding bath and luxurious walk-in shower. Tiled splash backs are commonly themed in Kitchen and laundry interior design. Our clients chose this 100 x100 striking lineal patterned tile, which they matched in both their kitchen and laundry splash backs.

This contemporary house design brings an essence of Melbourne-inspired interiors to the Gold Coast. It embraces a monochromatic scheme, with sophisticated black and brushed nickel balancing natural timber and stone. A laser-cut staircase features as the hero piece of the home, highlighting the six-metre natural stone wall and refreshing garden bed below. High ceilings and doors accommodate ample natural light, making the moody interiors feel weightless instead of heavy.

L'étage des enfants a été totalement rénové. Salle de bain, chambres fille et garçon ainsi que le sol de tout l'étage. Au 1er niveau, celui des parents, la salle d'eau a pris des allures d'hôtel telle une suite parentale. Des couleurs délicates, de l'effet marbre, du laiton pour la touche luxe de cette pièce. Jolie porte verrière sur-mesure.
