The clients' property is located in the historic district of Yarmouth Port on Cape Cod in Massachusetts and so required special permits for the design and construction. Chris Kolb used traditional quality materials combined with a craftsman style flare to the shape and movement (figuratively speaking) of the outdoor living space.
