Duplex for Aging Well
Our accessible design placed a new deck at floor level (for potential wheelchair users) and put a roof over the entry landing (for protection in New England snows and rains). Old entry was relocated, and new exterior stair are 48-in wide with railings both sides, for safety and comfort. Deck was designed to accommodate future ramp from driveway beyond.
