This former bedrom with open fire place was refurbished to accomodate an open plan dining room with a recessed ceiling and central chandelier. There is a richness of materials such as polished floor boards, stone tiles and shear window coverings. The room looks out onto a small water pond with decorative laser cut screens on the wall.

A sunlit corner of this Suffolk living room where period architecture meets a carefully curated mix of vintage and contemporary design. A sculptural leather armchair sits against soft sage green walls, complemented by rich ochre curtains, original parquet flooring and elegant modern lighting. The combination of warm natural materials, colour and characterful furniture creates a timeless, collected interior.

A small but fully equipped bathroom with a warm, bluish green on the walls and ceiling. Geometric tile patterns are balanced out with plants and pale wood to keep a natural feel in the space.
