The bathroom in the before images had been renovated 12 months earlier but it was not done to BCA and was leaking water and looked very cheap. The design was terrible as the shower door hit the toilet and would only open a litle.
This is a bathroom laudry combo with the laundry tub next to the toilet and an oversized window that takes one entire wall to the left of the vanity.
With a very limited budget we had to keep all plumbing in the same spot and we decided to keep the toilet and laundry tub as they were in fantastic condition, changed the shower screen to a double corner opening, installed new tapware, wall sheets, waterproofing, screed, floor tiles in a mosaic pennyround, textured wall subways for depth and height, teal vanity to connect with the kitchen, ceramic basin and added frosted glass to the window for privacy.
