A prefab hybrid project designed by The Miller Hull Partnership as a prototype for the Seattle's Next 50 Celebration. Method Homes constructed the prefabricated wet cores containing the bathroom, kitchen, and mechanical systems, allowing Habitat for Humanity volunteers to construct around the components requiring skilled labor.
