this is a small condo and we wanted to give the homeowner multi-purpose spaces to maximize every inch. the built in bench seat and additional cabinets provide extra storage. the dining room table doubles as a home office, complete with extra outlets and hidden storage, allowing them to pack up at the end of the day. the stainless countertop, open shelving and built in wine fridge extend the prep space and make this the perfect spot for entertaining.
