Sapphire Shores Condo-New Construction
For this bath, we had to use the tile already specified by the builder, so the challenge was to make it look more like a custom tile job than straight builder-grade tile. The glass shower really opens up the room and we added the nice bench in the shower too. The vanity top is of Kosmus, or Asterisk granite. It is a schist granite, meaning it is high in Mica content, making it crumbly and unstable until it's fabricated. Then it stabilizes and is fine, with a gorgeous textured finish and beautiful sparkly Mica veins throughout.
