The design works with the existing geometry to create “his” and “hers” vanities flanking the window, below which a stand alone tub sits. Opposite the tub is a shower tucked into a niche, with a glass enclosure pushed out past the side walls and lower ceiling to create a glass-box effect. The walls on each side of the shower are covered with milk glass tile that help to bounce light into the space. The vanities are designed to appear floating. Lighting is incorporated into their bases to give soft illumination at night, and enhance the floating effect. They are finished in a glossy laquer with a matte quartz stone countertop.
