Whole House Remodel
The living room was totally transformed by adding these high-end Fleetwood brand sliding door units. The doors and screens all stack behind the left-most panel and allow the room to totally open-up out onto the rear patio. We even replaced all of the wrought iron railings on the patio, as they were rusty and weak. The old room had smaller french door sets that really obstructed the great view this home has. Speaking of that view, we also removed a load bearing column that right in the center of the opening. Just inside the sliding doors resides a Mecho-Shade brand motorized shade that retracts up into a slot in the ceiling when not in use. Recessed multi-spot fixtures by Eurofase Lighting are adjustable in both directions to highlight the clients' wonderful art collection. Photography by Brian Wancho.
