Whole House Remodel

The completed master bath came out pretty spectacular in my opinion. This barn door with satin etched glass was built by Artistic Entryways of El Paso, and rides on Real brand hardware. It can close off the toilet or the shower stall that is on the far end of the room. The fantastic rift-cut walnut cabinetry for all 3 bathrooms in the house was all built by Rick Prat's crew at Master's Builders of El Paso. The wall-hung vanities all feature Grass brand "Tipmatic" touch-latch drawer glides. The floors are covered in DalTile Pebble Mosaics installed over Schluter systems crack isolation membrane. Our trim carpenter, Jose-Luis Contreras, built all of the doors in the house, including these solid-core 1-3/4" thick pocket doors, installed on high-end aluminum I-beam tracks. The large master closet is seen beyond the door with its very cool LED, remote-controlled, multi-colored lighting package. Photography by Brian Wancho.
