“Mike was able to design us the kitchen we wanted and was very easy to work with. He asks for needs and wants and quickly implements the ideas into the plan with an excellent turnaround time. His services are professional, friendly and without pressure. His goal was to design us the best use of space. He was able to introduce us to our eventual builder and worked well with the entire subcontracted team.”

“I have worked with Bill on multiple projects, large and small, commercial and residential, over the last 10 years. He is skilled and innovative in design concepts, with great breadth in styles and materials, and organizational chops to keep it all on track.. One of our early projects was renovating a house in Europe when neither of us knew the language well, and he was not on-site--only working off drawings and pictures--until after the project was completed! The success of that project speaks to his ability to understand the project and the client's goals, and visualize what the space needs. The fact that I keep going back to Bill for design work is a testament to his design abilities and his interpersonal style.”

“Andy at Ginko House is one of the best. His designs are both cutting edge and thoughtful. He is very good at creating space that feels right, and looks great. I've worked with him as a contractor several times, and found him to be a team player, very responsive, yet keeps the integrity of the project at the forefront. His client side manner is excellent. “I had a great experience working with Tony. Instead of just replacing my cabinets and countertops, Tony was able to design a beautiful and functional space that now has specific zones for cooking, dining and entertaining. The flow of the room is open to the great room which improved the entire space. The sight lines were changed to maximize the natural light and take advantage of the beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Tony worked within my budget and listened to my desires and goals. He suggested changes that I didn't think were possible. These changes made a huge difference in the outcome of the design. The end result reflects my personality, and still retains the architecture style of my 1970's era home. My favorite aspect of the entire experience was that he listened to my needs. He designed the space with my interest and goals in mind. I highly recommend Tony Walker, Architect & Associates, LLC to anyone interested in a home remodel.”

“We built a new home with the design help of John Melby. He was terrific! He had a lot of great ideas that others had not thought of, kept our construction budget constraints in mind throughout the process, and was extremely fast and responsive. John was able to listen to our ideas and “get on the same page” almost instantly, staying true to our desired style and function. If we build again or even remodel we will definitely use Melby Design.”

“Todd did excellent work designing our remodel/addition. Cars driving down the street in front of our house slow and often stop, just to see what was created on a small lot on the near west side of Madison. Todd's design was whimsical (I love his design style, even if I tease him about "what's that for?"), functional, and his services were economical too! Stop for a tour almost any time. 15 S Owen Drive.”
