“We hired TXR to build our home on empty land that we had purchased. TXR came out to the building site several times to survey it and look at it to get ideas on how to situate the home. Their architect listened to what we wanted in the house and he drew up plans that were perfect the first time. The architect drew the plans specifically to fit on the piece of property to maximize every view of the lake and made sure every room had a lake view. TXR then oversaw the building of the house, doing many things themselves and subcontracting for electricity, plumbing, cement etc. They met with us often and kept us up to date on everything going on. They provide receipts of every bid and money spent so you always know where the money is going. Everyone at TXR is easy to work with and they work hard to make sure their customers are taken care of.
