    “I hired KBN in 2019 to manage the renovation of our 3 Bedroom apartment and couldn’t have been happier. KBN guided me through every step of the process and provided great professional advice and was always available to me to answer questions. KBN handled each step of the process in perfect timely manner and professionalism. KBN also managed the architectural design for our renovation, came up with some wonderful suggestions regarding the layout and design and was extremely flexible with some changes mid-project that we requested. Thanks to KBN, our renovation project went without any issue. All in all, my experience with KBN was superb and I can’t recommend their services enough.”

    “My husband Andy and I had been looking at remodeling our kitchen for some time now. We had met with several Design Build Firms and just weren’t quite sold on any of them until we met the team at 1625 D/B. The project was quite involved and included new cabinets, new floors, moving our stove and sink, as well as removal of a load bearing wall. They were with us every step of the way. Any questions we had they had a correct answer for us. I would highly recommend 1625 D/B and will 100% use them for any future renovating we do.”

    “We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

    “My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. I highly recommend him, I also started recommending him my friends. I will 100% contact him even if I have a small project in the future, Thank you Prestige Design and Build for Beyond Expectations.”

    “Artline completed a full renovation of my apartment: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting and fireplace remodelling plus much more. Abe and his crew were fantastic to deal with and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were extremely professional at all times and worked tirelessly to help me create my dream home within the budget I had. Even more impressive is that Artline managed to complete the entire job without one complaint from my coop. In fact several neighbors mentioned how considerate and tidy they were.     “After purchasing our first home my wife and I hired Juliano and his company for a complete overhaul of the electronical system in our 2-family dwelling. His company also refinished/stained the hardwood floors in our living room, completed a bathroom, built an exhaust vent in my kitchen, and revamped an outdated plumbing system. Juliano was cordial and easy to work with throughout the process. He provided in-depth explanations of the work being done and even gave our family options with much of the decision making process as we contracted each portion of the job. All of Juliano's workers were respectful and it was pleasure getting to know each of them on a personal level. Not only was the job completed with care and excellence but Juliano's pricing was fair and competitive and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for home improvement and/or construction.”

    “We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. I would highly recommend them for any renovations needed in your home.”
