When we met up with them, they were able to suggest good ideas to overcome some of the constraints of the flat. For example, they suggested shifting the kitchen opening slightly to accommodate our fridge. On workmanship, no renovation is perfect and there will always be areas that require rectification. Another value-add was that they provided free assembling of the furniture that we got from Taobao. They helped us to assemble our dining table, shoe cabinet, bedframes and study table. By helping to assemble our furniture, we do not need to source for another contactor to do so, thus saving us much time and hassle.
