“We contacted Frank at Dannburg, as he was listed as the original contactor who had installed all the flooring in our complex. Frank was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional and quick to respond with his estimate. Frank was able to match our flooring exactly, which was a huge bonus to us! He was also very accommodating and understanding, when a last minute obstacle required us to changed the installation date. Our installation was booked quickly and the installer, Peter, was amazing! Peter was quiet, soft spoken, went right to work. He moved and return all the furniture and cleaned up afterwards, taking all the garbage/waste with him. Both men were great to deal with, and the results are beautiful and match perfectly!”

“I met Ernie looking for tiles in the store.He was so professional,helpful,had a great sense of humour & made me feel like I now could make an informed decision on the right tiles.I chose different tiles that I took home that helped to refine my final decision.The tiles were ordered,then the tile expert I had hired was not available .I felt sick,called Ernie,he scheduled a home visit to measure the tiling area and has found me a tiler.Now that is what I call service!”

“We had floor refinished and added hardwood in a renovation. Their staff were here for 2 weeks. The craftsmanship in the installation is obvious as was the care taken in the refinishing process. They were very personable and easy to have as guests in our house. the floor is amazing and worth every penny”
