“I have spoken to many deck restoration companies, but either reviews were bad or the prices were unreasonably high. My neighbor told me about Deck Armor LLC( he used them for his deck). I stop y at his house and was astonished by the look of his new/repaired deck. I called the company for a free quote and got a free estimate on the next day. Was happy with the price and payment options. I paid 30% AFTER they finished power wash, 20% AFTER carpentry and the rest AFTER the job was done. Before the finale payment I walked through with the manager and checked the deck. I was so happy by the look of my deck after all. Great company, fair prices , good job guys.”

“We hired Design Builders to replace our rotting deck. We worked together on the design and the process was excellent. James listened carefully and provided us with ideas and sketches. The collaboration was superb. We decided to extend the deck and add a pavilion. We found that the Design Builders price was competitive with other bidders. The construction period went quite well. The workers undertook their tasks seriously and kept the area around clean. The duration of the construction project was very reasonable and well within the estimated time. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Design Builders for other projects of this type.”

“The job is done and my deck looks fantastic! My sales rep, Jacob, was very professional and took his time to go over all details in my contract. I ended up signing for a deck resurfacing package. We signed the contract in January, the project was started in mid March, and finished in mid April. Deck Helmet team replaced all rotten wood and applied their coating to the entire deck. They left no mess in my backyard! My deck was in a bad shape and I was happy that I did not have to go with a more expensive option of refacing. My contract includes a 10 year warranty. So far I am completely satisfied with Deck Helmet's service. Would recommend Deck Helmet.”

“Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs. In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement. You will love working with the team at Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck and thoroughly enjoy your new fence or deck for years to come. D. M. Benischek”
