“Laurel has been a godsend for us. She helped us decorate and style our Airbnb and saved us thousands of dollars while making it look fantastic! Our bookings increased dramatically after we hired her. For our personal home she has helped with wall colours, fireplace style, tile choice, carpet selection, living room furniture and more. Every time we have worked with Laurel I have felt a sense of peace, satisfaction and pride with the results. Not only does Laurel have an excellent eye and a ton of experience but she listens to her clients and personalizes her recommendations. I really felt heard and like part of the team. “I found Niina very professional. She clearly stated how the process worked , how the charges worked and there were no surprises. She was a good listener and delivered what was asked for - not her own. She was excellent making sugesstions and working with our thoughts and ideas. She included both myself and my husbands input which was appreciated. She stayed within our budget. She was very knowledgable in all decorating aspects - colour, fabric choices, room arrangement, flooring, furniture quality etc. I will hire her again. I recommend her. A nice sincere person.”

“I have had several services from this provider e.g. provision of blinds and drapes, provision of furniture and a custom made futon cover. All services were delivered on time and at the cost of the quote provided. The choice of items e.g. fabrics was extensive and the provider extremely knowledgable and helpful about them. The provider did not "rush" me into making any decisions and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase a particular product. I have had exceptional service from this provider and would not hesitate to use her again.”

“The Design Studio has helped me with a number of projects including having a sofa re-upholstered and selecting wallpaper for my dining room. They have also provided me with fabric and wallpaper samples to help me decorate the rest of my house. They are great to work with, have a vast knowledge of design, and are very professional. I will continue to use them as a great design resource both personally and professionally.”

“Working with Juleen was a remarkably relaxing experience. I know re-designing and renovations have their challenges and stresses, but Juleen takes a unique approach that seems to have this flow that runs all the way through to the end. Juleen is knowledgable in not only the design aesthetics but also (and maybe more importantly) the fundamentals of the task at hand. She can look at the idea and determine roughly the amount of time and effort that will be required, as well as give you an idea of the costs and possible set backs that may be around the corner. Juleen listened carefully to all of my design and home needs for the space, and made thoughtful suggestions based on what my home needs were, as well as what would work best in the space. In this case, it was our Kitchen. She took into account who lived in the space, what we would do with it, the flow of the traffic within the house etc etc. It was exhilarating to be really listened to on all of these notes, especially when it is something as intimate as your own home. I recommend Interiors by Juleen to anyone who is looking to re-design, renovate, or design a new build. This individual has seen and done just about everything within the design and renovation scene, having built several of her own homes in the past to boot! Thank you again Juleen, We love our Kitchen. Next is the bathroom!”
