“Nicole at Novus Designs is awe inspiring, not only in design but in life. And that's why we worked with her and her team. She takes the time to evaluate your life, family and situation and make recommendations from there. Her intuition and insight for what will actually work with your space is outstanding. In one afternoon she did all the shopping, set up and completed the finishing touches to our newly renovated basement. We love it!! “We hired this company to replace the shingles on our roof. The work was done promptly and was consistent with the estimate. There were some small concerns when the shingles were first installed that were dealt with right away. Turned out there was nothing wrong. I have since hired this company for further work on the house which was also handled in a professional manner and was consistent with the estimate.”

“I gutted and renovated a one bedroom condo that hadn't been touched since it was built in mid 80's. I got in touch with Lisa through the best contractor I have ever hired. Lisa worked with the contractor, the cabinet firm, myself and directly with my wife re: finishes. The project was on time and on budget. Lisa never panicked when things were adjusted, (shall we say) not as "on paper," or just didn't work. She really was a stabilizing force for all concerned. Regarding the real reasons I hired her....to make the place work better, bring it up to date and communicate her design to all concerned as I was away for large blocks of time, she did an excellent job. The place has a timeless air about it. The flow is exactly how she said it would be. I've seen other units in the building and this unit is the best I've seen. Would I work with her again? Damn right!”

“Having a company that can follow through with exactly what they've said they would do is a very rare thing in my industry. As as a home builder, I often deal with putting out fires and trades that don't live up to their word. I chose to give Raelistic Artistic a shot on one of our projects earlier this year, and wasn't disappointed. Rael came in, figured out our colours, we accepted her paint quote and moved on. She was on time, on budget and her company's attention to detail meant that I didn't have to go around fixing things and cleaning up afterwards. I will be working with Rael again soon.”

“I worked with France for over a year to completely redeorate my living room, dining room, foyer, powder room, master bath, guest bath, master bedrom and guest bedroom. France is not only extremely creative, she was able to quickly intuit my tastes and preferences. She is also an expert at a multitude of design elements (from fabrics, to hardware, to paint and on and on). I was especially impressed by her forethought as to how to incorporate new elements that I never would have thought of, with respecct to lighting, use of space, and color. She is extremely diligent in following up with contractors and suppliers and I never had to do any of the legwork myself.”

“The Design Studio has helped me with a number of projects including having a sofa re-upholstered and selecting wallpaper for my dining room. They have also provided me with fabric and wallpaper samples to help me decorate the rest of my house. They are great to work with, have a vast knowledge of design, and are very professional. I will continue to use them as a great design resource both personally and professionally.”
