“When it comes to a house / home, the most important thing to me is having the comfort in knowing that it is being handle carefully and well taken care of just like if it was your baby. “I received excellent service by Jason Koh. The first impression I had for Jason was sincere and friendly. Back then I still haven't decided which company to engage as there were simply too many choices. Jason patiently went through all my requirements in a very professional and detailed manner. After several comparison, my Husband and I decided to choose Swiss Interior as they work within our Budget, timeline and ideas for our nest. Throughout the renovation period, Jason has been very accommodative to all our request and he is professional in handling all the works, including liasing with the sub-contractor. One very important trait I feel Jason have displayed was he has constant communication with us through mobile application so we could understand how the renovation have progressed. “The designers at Make Room have a keen eye for design, especially in the eclectic scandinavian style. We hired them in 2015 to design our 110square metres apartment in collaboration with our contractor, and wanted their help to make our place 'light and airy'. Not only did their design help us to achieve the light and airy look, it also added character to our space, through the use of soft furnishings. We also didnt know that soft furnishings were the key to achieving a cosy but light & airy look, and nearly went with the conventional false ceilings our neighbours and friends were doing. We are still personalising our space but Make Room has given us a great palette to work on!”

“We hired Ming Sing Construction to renovate both our toilets as there was water leaking into the toilet floor. By and large we don't remember any hiccups. Work just got on. Whenever we required more detailed info like the workers schedule, in order that we may leave the house, we simply contacted the contact person Tiong Lee. Toilet was subsequently done, with the flooring and drainage properly inclined so that the water drains completely. All in all good job.”

“Debbie and Alicia from this small family-run boutique firm are very easy to work with and very professional. Right from our first meeting, I felt they were willing to listen, practical and down-to-earth. They also tried to keep costs down by flagging where some ideas of mine might be quite expensive to execute - for example steering me away from a cement and/or tile floor to cement-look vinyl which has turned out great. I could see that they were a bit skeptical about some of my ideas such as my insistence on a red kitchen, but they went with it and it came out beautifully. They also finished ahead of schedule and post-handover service has been excellent. Thanks to them the whole renovation process which involved gutting the flat and a complete makeover has gone off incredibly smoothly. It was very exciting and satisfying to see the ideas on paper/3D coming to life. I would recommend them without hesitation for a stress-free home makeover.”

“We engaged Fifth Avenue Interior to take charge of the entire process of our home renovation. As this was our very first property, after much consideration and research, we decided to place trust in them and it was truly the best decision made! Our designer managed to meet all of our expectations ( to be honest, despite it being pretty challenging ). The time management was awesome and most importantly, we were always updated of the progression of the renovation, needless to say, the quality of work was close to perfect! Although there were definitely hiccups along the way, he managed to solve those issues and giving us a peace of mind! Thank you Fifth for giving us such a great experience!
