“RIVUSS faucets helped me in creating a totally integrated bathroom look. I installed a Carrión FBS-300. Its a lead-free faucets which helps in eliminating many of the severe health effects caused by lead in drinking water. The faucet was installed by my contractor and looks great! . Product...fantastic, designed to provide style, safety and comfort also helps in conserving water and saves energy. Customer Service...fantastic, very enthusiastic and had a great attitude. Had really helpful suggestions, and actually saved me alot of time. Trust me, it's a pain to try to find 1 right faucet online. Style...super luxurious and elegant!”

“Our contractor referred us to Innovate Stones for Countertop. Although i knew what i wanted but this was my first experience buying a countertop, with so many choices and budget you tend to get confused. Paula at Innovate stones was very helpful in guiding us while we were at the store. My kids were with me and she gave them paper and color to keep them busy while me and my husband were busy deciding. That was very nice of her and I made few choices but it was not within my budget so she recommended alternate options. My husband changed his mind with the budget when we reached home so Paula emailed me list of countertop choices within my budget. That really helped me making me selection and also helped me in not exceeding the budget. The installation was quick and perfect too.”

“This past January, my wife and I worked very closely with Michael Toro (Interior Project Specialist at Lowe’s) to re-design our Master Bathroom and create, among other things, the appearance of additional space. And, we are very glad we did! Mike was extremely easy to work with, unbelievably detail oriented and quite knowledgeable about construction practices in general. Without him leading our project we would have been lost. Plus, he has a natural gift for recommending what works and what doesn’t from a fixtures, tile/grout and coloring scheme standpoint …Perfect for individuals who may be challenged in this area (like myself). When you spend thousands of dollars on a re-modeling project, you want the final product to look right. Partnering with Mike all but guarantees this will happen. And, he has your back every step of the way ensuring the hands-on contractors working for him follow his design specifications to a tee. If he doesn’t like something, he will not hesitate to speak up and follow through in a timely manner to provide you with the results you expect. (We had a short “punch list” at the end of the project that was satisfactorily completed and Mike and a fellow associate personally came out to inspect their work. He identified one or two minor areas needing improvement that even my wife and I initially overlooked.) Our Master Bath is now a bright, modern open space that is fun to use … Mission accomplished. Should Mike ever leave Lowe’s, we will be sure to follow him as he is the difference maker.”
