“Bowman Walker Construction helped to make our beach home dreams come true. Thirteen years ago we bought a small Millman home in Villas, NJ. We had dreams of remodeling our home and adding an addition. With our own ideas in mind we contacted Lance and Dave at Bowman Walker Construction to begin the process. Our home successfully went from a three bedroom one bath home to a four bedroom two and a half bath, with a stunning master bedroom suite, porches and decks. At the time we lived five hours away from the construction site........we were daily kept informed of changes, problems and potential choices. The lines of communication were always open. When we visited the site we would do a walk through to discuss every detail. Our home is a beautiful example of their choice of detail and quality of workmanship. We are so happy and proud to own a Bowman Walker Construction home.”

“After obtaining quotes and reviewing several contractors for our home remodel, we chose Nailed It Home Construction and Remodel. We're so happy we did!!! Bill and his team exceeded our expectations, working with us to design and remodel our circa 1800's home. We gave them multiple change requests to which they quickly calculated cost and schedule impacts that were reasonable. What we found to be extremely advantageous is Nailed It are licensed general contractors AND licensed electricians. Bills oversight of the entire project from conception to scheduling and ongoing communication to his constant inspection of the ongoing work of his team made for a fun and smooth process. We were still living in our home while the renovation was was being done and the entire team were so friendly and respectful. The final result was beyond what we had originally envisioned. I would 100% recommend Nailed It Construction to anyone wishing to remodel or build! We are still with them to this day as they are our property management company.”
