“The Cape Islands' team were excellent, and come highly recommended. We had a flood from a sprinker system leak, in the winter, and they were immedatgely on site for the restoration process. Then we hired them to put the house back toghether, with a timeline of early June as we had tenants scheduled. We knew it would be a tight deadline, but we made it. Though out the process, they were very transparant and helpful, and took time to explain everything to us. Bob, the project manager, was excellent and kept us updated through out the entire process. I would highly recommend CApe Islands, just too bad they dont do work in Philly.”
