“I've known Tom Flynn since I bought my home on the Cape over 10 years ago. Since that time Tom has done many home improvement projects for me, including replacing all of the original windows, new shingles for the entire house, replacing the insulation in the basement ceiling, and replacing patio door with a French door. His workmanship is always first-rate and most importantly he provides written contracts that outline not only the work and costs but the timeline for when he will start and finish. No surprises. I highly recommend him for any job you might have for your property.”

“The Cape Associates crew was replacing a bunch of exterior trim for us. Our wish list exceeded our budget and they were very good about steering us in the right direction about what the most pressing issues were and what could wait another year or two. The communication from the project manager was stellar. We had some roof shingles blow off during a storm while we were away. They got in touch with us to let us know and fixed the problem for us right away. They did stellar work and really took care of us from a customer service perspective. We will definitely work with these guys again.”
