“After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Rocco’s collaboration and imagination was astounding. The design, decor and incredible use of colour most certainly created the ‘wow’ factor we were looking for! Only Bridgemont Properties could have executed this incredible transformation of our urban space. What was once a small, dreary bungalow became an open, airy and bright urban oasis. We have absolute confidence in the workmanship - which is paramount. From the very first meeting through to the ecstatic reveal…we were delighted with every step of the process. We have recommended Bridgemont Properties to several friends and colleagues. We are so happy with our beautiful home and look forward to many more happy years there thanks to Marion and Rocco!”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

“We made an appointment with Diego at the Toronto Home Show Spring 2016. He subsequently came over and spent 3 hours with us on the first in home visit. We had a very good idea of what we wanted and in that 3 hours Diego took the care and attention to understand ALL that was required and even measured up our basement and put it into his computer complete with a 3D design rendering and estimate for work for us to consider. We agreed to the work to be done, the timelines and budget and all have been done with UTMOST QUALITY, CARE and RESPECT !!! Leo, the construction partner of Harmony is ON IT and I can't say enough about him !!! He has done a phenomenal job working with my wife and I and his trades in bringing to life what we, sort of, had in our heads and that Diego originally designed for us. I am VERY PLEASED with their work and its QUALITY and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any work that you may be doing in your house. Ours was a complete basement renovation and build out.”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”
