“Tom and Scott built this great house for us about 8 years ago. They were involved from design and of course through construction. With over 7000 sq ft, we had lots of questions and challenges for first time we had a house built. They were terrific and we felt that we got a good value and great advice throughout, plus quality construction. Important too was that they stood by their work and do so even today. I know that if I had a problem with this house that was even remotely related to construction that one quick phone call would bring them back and they would take care of it. We did have a problem several years after construction and they fixed it at no cost to us. We have also had some remodeling done by them and they are great. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. I would attach a picture to this, but do not see a way to do that.”

“Complete kitchen remodel. Removal of a wall for a more open concept. New custom hickory cabinets, quartz countertops, fabulous glass backsplash, top of the line appliances, modern/contemporary style. Stringer Construction and Design was very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the project in a timely manner and within our budget!”

“Whatever you need, Robert is ON IT. On time, on budget, beautiful work, and he WRANGLES WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY so you don't have to. We hired Kodiak to stain our pool deck (at the recommendation of the local Sherwin Williams). Robert took one look at our roof and said, "You've got a lot of hail damage, see?" then showed us pics of the dings and dents we'd failed to notice. He met with the insurance adjuster a few days later and within a week we had a brand new roof. I then hired him to repair and seal our driveway. He powerwashed it THREE TIMES before putting the sealer on. A contractor with a conscience!”

“Project in August 2013: Complete remodel of bathroom. Removed tub and enclosure. Built walk-in shower. Removed corner linen closet to free up more countertop space. Relocated plumbing and vent stack, to increase shower space, requiring trenching in foundation. Result:“I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of work that was exhibited. I was able to provide timely input on small, but important design decisions that always come up during remodel projects. The crew arrived on time, when scheduled, and maintained a very clean work area. There was a high degree of continuity among crew. As a result, we really love the final result, and will kick off another project next year.””

“I highly recommend Venteicher Renovations! Raelene and Joe helped us create the home of our dreams! They have an amazing eye for detail and ensured our project was well organized and went smoothly. There was one cabinet stain color that didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted and they were kind enough to get them repaired after we wrapped up the project- that is unheard of in the world of renovations and contractors!! Joe and Raelene are very caring, honest, responsive and professional- we had a great experience with them! Raelene is also a designer with amazing taste, I found her expertise and recommendations invaluable during our build process. Before meeting them, I worked with a designer to create renders of what I wanted, and they executed everything perfectly! I am including some pictures below of the renders and final outcomes. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and couldn’t recommend Venteicher Renovations enough!”

“Fin Home completed remodel of my master bathroom and two full baths. I love Erik and would definitely choose his company for any future remodeling or home repair needs. Communication, timeliness and skill set are important when choosing a contractor. The Fin Home team meets all these needs. Erik is current on latest trends and helped fulfill my vision. His team has always been prompt, respectful and courteous. Each day, the crew arrived on time, cleaned up daily and communicated accomplishments as well as pending tasks. I am pleased with all three bathrooms. Plus, when asked about small household chores these were met without hesitation. Erik even helped with my aging dog. “Hiring Chellyanna Contractors, was the best decision I could have made. They are professional, knowledgeable, open, honest and transparent. They were dedicated to creating a design and project that worked around my budget and concerns, and the quality of their work was impeccable and on time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable.
