“Ward5 Design is not only creative, but they provided staging solutions that were practical, affordable, and stylish. I hired Ward5 Design for a mid sized 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Astoria, Queens. Prior to getting the house staged, buyer reactions were lukewarm at best with offers that were way below our asking price. Post staging the offers poured in and we accepted a great price within the first week. The staging really does make a huge difference. Amazing, affordable and such a pleasure to work with.”

“HIRE SOTO USA!! I could not be happier with the professionalism, price, and finished kitchen that Rob Soto and his team created. He was responsible for the following components, - managing relationships with all subcontractors, my building, and my super - demolishing the entire kitchen - placing new baseboards in the entire living space - placing down new tile floors in the kitchen - rerouting and installing new plumbing - building cabinetry - rewiring and installing new ceiling lighting - installing inside-and-underneath cabinet lighting - painting ceiling, walls - installing all appliances - placing backsplash - adding any fixtures (like door handles) - any and all touch-ups ("DETAILS" - says Rob) I hired him not only based on his fair price, but also his passion. This is a man who deeply cares about his product and his performance. I met with many other contractors, and no one impressed me as much as Rob did. He works on his own schedule, however, that is because he keeps himself very busy. Giving Rob the benefit of the doubt will never steer you wrong. He has amazing follow-through, attention to detail, and an eye for design. The type of work he does requires patience, and especially when you live in a small space as I do (i.e. Manhattan). I cannot recommend him enough.”

“Platinum Construction is true to its name. We received platinum level work from start to finish. It was clear from the beginning that we didn’t need to worry about the quality of their work, or their attention to detail. They had to renovate a kitchen where nothing was level or plumb. We were very impressed with their ability to work around technical difficulties that came up during construction, and always with an eye toward what we wanted, not what was easiest. They were cheerful, punctual, and thorough. We absolutely love our new kitchen. We wouldn’t work with anyone else!”

“Neil always goes above and beyond on every job site. Cordial and professional! I work as a superintendent for a residential cooperative in Queens NY. Over the years Neil has done dozens of kitchen and bathrooms jobs for the shareholders in the cooperative. Each and every shareholder has been delighted with their final product. Neil has also performed countless jobs at the building from plumbing to painting and everything in between. Delightful to work with! Flexible and punctual! “Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”
