“We had the pleasure of working with SAGA in 2012 to build our vacation home in the Ocean Sands development of Corolla, NC. Since we live in Northern VA, we thought that building a home in the Outer Banks without being around to monitor the construction process was both crazy and impossible. However, our experience was very different. SAGA was very communicative throughout the process via phone and email and we received pictures of the home every Friday showing us the progress that was being made. The project was completed timely and on schedule. Most importantly, the construction was completed on budget. It was a very unexpected, happy experience. We would recommend SAGA without hesitation.”

“We purchased this townhouse (before and after pictures shown) and wanted a fairly extensive renovation done, including expanding the 2 front bedrooms, building a whole new upper deck and removing the lower deck, building a ground floor entry room, renovating 2 bathrooms and enlarging one of those, adding an outdoor (enclosed) shower, new roof, new tankless propane water heater, replacing all floors with luxury vinyl tile, replacing all front windows and slider on the deck, removing all wood paneling throughout as well as all popcorn ceiling, replacing all doors, repainting entire interior and front exterior of house. Tom Stalheber is our builder and is president of OBCR. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of planning and completing an extensive renovation as ours was. We have been so impressed that we're proceeding with another addition on the upper floor extending and completely renovating the kitchen and eating area. Tom and OBCR will be doing the work, as we wouldn't consider anyone else. That's a strong a recommendation as I can give.”
