“We had the pleasure of working with SAGA in 2012 to build our vacation home in the Ocean Sands development of Corolla, NC. Since we live in Northern VA, we thought that building a home in the Outer Banks without being around to monitor the construction process was both crazy and impossible. However, our experience was very different. SAGA was very communicative throughout the process via phone and email and we received pictures of the home every Friday showing us the progress that was being made. The project was completed timely and on schedule. Most importantly, the construction was completed on budget. It was a very unexpected, happy experience. We would recommend SAGA without hesitation.”

“With two kids, my wife and a dog, our current 768 square foot home was too small for us. So, we contracted Mr. Long to build us our dream house from a design he personally made. Despite the home being only 75% complete, we have had nothing short of a wonderful experience with Mr. Long. He has been meticulous, honest and fair. Rather than just building a simple home, Mr. Long has gone above and beyond our call of duty. Mr. Long truly cares about that work that has been performed. With his ideas and suggestions beyond the signed contract, we are shaping up to own one of the most spectacular houses we ever owned.”
