“I initially hired Eagle to do some painting in my very old house. I quickly found out that they are skilled in plumbing, electrical, every type of carpentry, even replacement windows and doors and vinyl siding. I have been using them in my home for the past three years. They do meticulous work at very fair prices. In fact, I am having them do so more work this summer. I would definitely recommend them.”

“The project was a kitchen remodel and an additional custom cabinet serving wall built in the dining room . I was so pleased with the entire project from the first discussion about the project to the last finishing work. Doug was very professional and most exacting in detail and communicated well with us throughout. The finished kitchen was amazing and he included many extras that I had never imagined. His crew was impeccable, kind and respectful of us as homeowners. We would not do another home improvement project in our home without him.”

“R.B. Schwarz and his crew of professionals completely remodeled our master bath and upgraded the electrical panel and plumbing in our century home. His work was second to none, his professionalism exemplary. He and his crew were very careful of our home and contents. As a designer I work with professional contractors all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend R.B. Schwarz for any project. He and his crew followed my design almost exactly and even when I wanted difficult modifications he complied. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and plan to have him continue on other projects.”

“My wife and I had been planning our remodel project for 3 yrs. when we finally decided to go with it. In Oct. of 2010 I called Jack Dever and asked him to look into our renovation. Being very handy myself, I asked Jack to quote me a price for certain aspects of the project. He followed up with a visit from his designer and provided us with an estimate within a week. Being a major renovation, this was going to be a lengthy and costly project. By February of 2011, after some back and forth with the city on permits and drawings, we started our renovation. Jack and his crew were very professional, punctual, and skilled in their abilities. They performed the carpentry, electrical, windows, drywall and siding on the project.We attempted to try and live in the house during the project but after 1 month, we decided to move out until the kitchen and laundry room were usable. This sped the project up as more work was able to be completed. We moved back in by June 1st 2011 and we were so pleased with the work completed by Jack and his crew. Jack was more than helpful and professional and highly recommend his company when considering a project.”

“We had an outstanding experience with Edgedale Development LLC. They built us a deck and we love it! The owner, Victor, brings a wealth of knowledge, he is very professional and easy to work with. He met with us, looked over our space and explained the process. He also gave us ideas and made suggestions which made our decisions easier. Once the work began, Victor kept us informed every step of the way. His employees are hard-working and neat. The space was cleaned up daily. In summary, Edgedale Development LLC did a great job! We love our new deck and we highly recommend this company for your building and remodeling needs.”
