“I initially hired Eagle to do some painting in my very old house. I quickly found out that they are skilled in plumbing, electrical, every type of carpentry, even replacement windows and doors and vinyl siding. I have been using them in my home for the past three years. They do meticulous work at very fair prices. In fact, I am having them do so more work this summer. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Honestly, searching for contractors can be quite intimidating, but after working with this company we have found a company we would not only review with a high rating, but also do business with again. They were organized, timely, helpful and very efficient. They were very respectful in our home as well. Their communication was excellent too. Al actually physically assisted us in not only gathering materials, but helping us design the project overall. We are very pleased with the overall look and quality of the work. Their pricing was super competitive and their work was excellent quality. We will be contacting them again soon to work on some other projects as we budget for them. It was a nice touch that they allowed us to make changes as we went through the process of remodeling and double-checked with us to ensure our vision was coming to life. There were even electrical and constraint issues that they navigated around and helped fix along the way to ensure they were able to stick to the original expected timeline. Thank you very much for your sound quality work and professionalism Al, Mike and Kevin! We look forward to working with you again!!!”

“The project was a kitchen remodel and an additional custom cabinet serving wall built in the dining room . I was so pleased with the entire project from the first discussion about the project to the last finishing work. Doug was very professional and most exacting in detail and communicated well with us throughout. The finished kitchen was amazing and he included many extras that I had never imagined. His crew was impeccable, kind and respectful of us as homeowners. We would not do another home improvement project in our home without him.”

“I would highly recommend this organization for any home remodeling project or complete build! Our home was built in 1896 and in dire need of just about everything. Relief properties took it down to the studs and built a beautiful home for us while leaving in tact some of the gorgeous architectural details that are so important to a home this age. The communication among the many people that it took to get this home completed was excellent. We were instantly impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail by all involved.”

“Mark built this deck off my patio and Florida Room in SEP 2011. Superior design and construction. The deck is more solid than many houses. Mark stained it the week of May 28, 2012. Simmons Remodeling is my first choice when it comes to home projects. They have done several projects for me over the years, all done correctly, completely, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home project.”
