Pepe Matinez (Now owner and at Seabrook Developments) ran and organized my project. He is very professional and focused on both details and quality of work provided. “Hired Cozmos Remodeling for 3 flooring projects (tile work and vinyl plank). We were prepping our house to rent and were already in transit to our new home out of state. Luis was a pleasure to work with. Kept us up to date with every aspect of the work as it was under way via phone calls, texts, and photos. He went above and beyond the scope to ensure that the flooring was installed properly in a way that will ensure longevity of the product. He discovered some of the floors were not level and instead of simply installing the floor, he brought it to our attention.
