“Mark Williams from Integrated Home Services & Consulting, Inc. performed the inspection on my house prior to purchase and did an amazingly thorough and professional job. Not only did he identify current issues that I was unaware of, but he was able to spot potential problems that could come up a year or two down the road. He spent well over 3 hours scouring the house for issues, testing for functionality, and even donning a Hazmat suit to explore the crawl space and substructure of the house. As the potential buyer I was able to stick with him for the entire inspection asking questions and learning everything possible about my future house. The whole time he used a voice recorder and camera in order to fully document the inspection. Just one day later Mark sent me his final report of the house. This report categorized the house by room and structure, then delineated each problem or potential issue he found, showed a picture, and described why it was and issue and what needed to be corrected. Using his detailed 22 page final report, I was able to go back to the seller and negotiate the sale price to factor in necessary fixes to the house I was previously unaware of. I continue to use this report as a benchmark for my house as I live in and use the house. I would recommend Mark Williams to any future home buyer. You will certainly be pleased with the quality of his work and for the price I truly don't think he can be beat.”
