Need help for my kitchen

We r building a new house in hyderabad, India. Am attaching the floor plan of my house. Will u plz suggest a good and convenient interiors for my house. Especially my kitchen, I want a modern kitchen with a contemperary style. With a good wash area too. According to the floor plan my kitchen's diamentions are 15' 3"* 11' 0" and the utility room is 8' 0" * 5' 0" * 7' 1/2". But we removed the utility room for a spacious open kitchen, will u plz suggest good kitchen ideas with a simple budget. And the kitchen should be suitable for an authentic South Indian cooking..
