Haven Design and ConstructionRemodeling the master bath provided many design challenges. The long and narrow space was visually expanded by removing an impeding large linen closet from the space. The additional space allowed for two sinks where there was previously only one. In addition, the long and narrow window in the bath provided amazing natural light, but made it difficult to incorporate vanity mirrors that were tall enough. The designer solved this issue by incorporating pivoting mirrors that mounted just below the long window. Finally, a custom walnut vanity was designed to utilize every inch of space. The vanity front steps in and out on the ends to make access by the toilet area more functional and spacious. A large shower with a built in quartz shower seat and hand held shower wand provide touch of luxury. Finally, the ceramic floor tile design provides a mid century punch without overpowering the tranquil space.
Amanda Ganginis ArchitectThe simple, neutral palette of this Master Bathroom creates a serene atmosphere. The custom vanity allows for additional storage while bringing added warmth to the space.
The Renowned GroupThe Master Bath needed some updates as it suffered from an out of date, extra large tub, a very small shower and only one sink. Keeping with the Mood, a new larger vanity was added in a beautiful dark green with two sinks and ample drawer space, finished with gold framed mirrors and two glamorous gold leaf sconces. Taking in a small linen closet allowed for more room at the shower which is enclosed by a dramatic black framed door. Also, the old tub was replaced with a new alluring freestanding tub surrounded by beautiful marble tiles in a large format that sits under a deco glam chandelier. All warmed by the use of gold fixtures and hardware.

Chi Renovation & DesignIn addition to the main living areas, our team updated the three main floor baths as well as added a full bath to the basement.
The master bath features vibrant brushed bronze plumbing fixtures, a custom glass shower enclosure, and touches of marble all throughout. Statement sconces add extra elegance to the vanity area. For the guest bath, bright gloss tiles create a crisp, clean look for the tub surround. Patterned tiles in a soft blue and brown play off the deep espresso hue of the vanity wood. In the powder room, an antique dresser takes the place of a standard vanity. Metallic wallpaper was used to bring a bit more visual interest and texture . The basement bath features a large walk-in shower with a custom quartz topped bench, contemporary floating vanity, and modern plumbing features.
