Family Home of 4 Bedrooms in the heart of Surrey. The client requested a full ground floor extension to accommodate a colorful and modern kitchen and dining area and a general internal refurbishment. The playful brief of this family of four permitted a house full of bold colours and cozy textures to enjoy daily.

This image showcases the Benyon House shower room—designed with a clean, contemporary edge that doesn’t compromise on warmth or detail. Large-format grey stone tiles span floor to ceiling, wrapping the entire wet area in rich texture and tonal consistency, while adding a spa-like calm to the compact footprint. A black-framed shower screen introduces a sharp architectural line, creating contrast against the soft, natural stone. Brass fittings throughout, from the rainfall showerhead to the wall-mounted tap, offer a modern yet timeless finish. The navy blue vanity unit adds a subtle splash of colour, grounding the palette while echoing hues found elsewhere in the home. Above, a rounded mirror softens the linear lines and enhances light flow, reflecting the materials and design details throughout the space. Thoughtful touches like greenery on the windowsill and a rolled towel on the basin bring a sense of softness to the scheme, while remaining practical. This shower room is a perfect example of how material choice, colour balance, and streamlined design can transform a small space into something elegant and elevated.

This is one of the teenagers ensuites. He wanted a dark forest green, so ample lighting both functional and ambient was needed. The wetroom floor is a hexagon mosaic tile.

Cette charmante maison familiale de 180m² a été conçue par notre architecte Pauline. Pensée et rénovée dans son intégralité par nos équipes, l’objectif était avant tout d’optimiser les espaces et de la moderniser tout en conservant le charme de l’ancien. Au rez-de-chaussée, la véranda existante a été transformée en une cuisine familiale fonctionnelle, chaleureuse et particulièrement lumineuse qui offre une vue imprenable sur l’extérieur. La teinte vert olive des façades associée au bois et au cannage s’harmonisent à la perfection avec la nature environnante. Dans l’ensemble de la maison, les sols ont été poncés et vitrifiés, et les murs et l’escalier entièrement repeints pour apporter du cachet et réchauffer l’intérieur. La pièce qui abritait la cuisine a été repensée et intègre désormais un bureau-dressing réalisé sur-mesure par notre menuisier, sans oublier le claustra en bois qui vient élégamment délimiter l’espace tout en apportant une touche graphique et esthétique. On vous laisse apprécier l’étage et les combles, réservés à la nuit et au bien-être, rénovés dans un esprit moderne et particulièrement coloré.
